Our Compliance policies, after years working in the transportation segment, have reached an ideal goal within what we believe and which meets the objectives of our customers. Although the theme is relatively new, our company has always been in front of its meaning, which is “to comply with”, to obey, to satisfy what has been imposed, to commit to integrity.
In our corporate scope, our Organization has always been “in Compliance”, as it has always complied and strictly observed the legislation to which we submit and apply the ethical principles in our decision-making, preserving our integrity and resilience, as well as of our employees and high administration, ensuring that everyone involved in the company is in accordance with the conduct practices and standards defined by senior management, guided by the Code of Conduct and the Company's Policies, whose actions are especially aimed at combating any contrary act, as well as that of corruption.
